These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phi99 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player") who registers an account or accesses the phi99.vu website and associated services. By creating a phi99 account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the phi99 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they exist at the time of each session.

To register a phi99 account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person – corporate or automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a phi99 employee or business partner.

• Each person is permitted to hold only one phi99 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed with any associated balance forfeited.

phi99 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification during registration and may request additional documents at any point. Failure to complete KYC verification will restrict account functionality including withdrawals. All verification documents must be authentic – submitting falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phi99 account login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. phi99 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity that occurs within your phi99 account while logged in with your credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, you must contact phi99 support immediately and change your password.

All financial transactions on the phi99 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phi99 accepts deposits via supported Philippine e-wallets and local bank transfers. The payment methods currently supported are displayed within the phi99 account portal – available payment options may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as your phi99 account. phi99 may reject or return deposits from third-party sources.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or wagering at phi99.
• Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not be able to process withdrawal requests.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are stated within the payment section of your account.
• phi99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays.

phi99 does not charge fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. phi99 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

phi99 offers various promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, and event-specific promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated for each offer individually. The general rules below apply across all phi99 promotions.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Promotions may require manual opt-in before depositing. Failing to opt in prior to a qualifying deposit may result in the bonus not being applied.

Game outcomes for slots and live casino products are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or real-time dealer results in the case of live tables. phi99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Players accept that all game results are final once confirmed. If you believe a technical error has affected a game outcome or bet settlement, you must report it to phi99 support within 24 hours. phi99 will investigate and resolve reported discrepancies in accordance with fair play standards, but any winnings obtained as a direct result of an error are not guaranteed to be retained.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at phi99. Engaging in any of the below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account per person or household for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

phi99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phi99 does not accept liability for any losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or technical failure of the phi99 platform or any game or betting service.
• Loss of gaming session data due to network issues, device failure, or other circumstances outside phi99's reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the player.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms limits phi99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

phi99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering a phi99 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. phi99 uses your data for account management, identity verification, customer support, and compliance purposes.

phi99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers involved in platform operations, payment processing, and legal compliance, under strict data handling agreements. phi99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If you disagree with any updated Terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.
